Using the empty illustrations below to fill in one chord for each blank box. The chords you will be filling in are the Am, C, Dm, Em, F and G chords. Notice that the Am chord has been illustrated below. It has been illustrated as a Root 6 bar chord. Each note of the chord has been illustrated. Use the remaining blank forms to come up the the remaining chords of C major. Try to illustrate the chords in the box from the 4th fret to the 8th fret. This may take a lot of thinking. Have the illustration with all of the notes of the fret board in front of you. Use the illustration of of the circle below to determine each note of each chord. The notes that make up the Am chord are A, C and E. These notes are the A root, C flat third and E 5th.

All of the chords of C major have been illustrated. Use the blank illustrations above to fill in the chords of C major.
